My life has been defined by relocation and change from the very beginning. Growing up in a multicultural environment and moving through various stages of life with my family, I learned early on, what it truly means to remain open, practice patience, and find the courage to embrace the unknown.

Leadership experience & Grounded perspective

This adaptability shaped my professional career in the industrial sector. Over the years, I grew into leadership roles where I served as a vital link between different levels of management and diverse interests. These years sharpened my understanding of responsibility, organizational dynamics, and the human element within high-performance systems. Today, this background enriches my coaching practice with a pragmatic, grounded perspective.

From downfall to reinvention

After my long-term marriage ended, I faced a total realignment of my life. From the complexities of co-parenting to the significant transition of my son`s relocation into my household, I learned to navigate deep change firsthand. This change became the foundation for a new, intentional direction in both my life and my work.

During this phase, I discovered the power of unconditional self-acceptance and the necessity of embracing life-altering changes. To ground these personal insights in a solid psychological framework, I completed my Professional Diploma in Psychosynthesis Coaching, based on the principles of Roberto Assagioli. By integrating my lived experience with professional coaching expertise, I offer my clients a path that is both deeply empathetic and psychologically sound.

Through this journey, a new level of consciousness emerged in me. I learned to truly understand the dynamics within myself and others, developing emotional maturity, authentic masculinity, and a conscious approach to building relationships.
